The Episcopal Diocese of Los Angeles is searching for a new bishop! Bishop Jon Bruno has announced his intention to retire in 2018 … and so the process of searching for his successor has begun. Part of that process is a series of “listening sessions” convened by the Diocesan Search Committee and held at various venues around the diocese. And All Saints Church is hosting one on Sunday, July 26 from 2-4pm.

“We are interested in listening to your vision of who we are and who we aspire to be as a diocese and the skills and qualities you believe are necessary for a leader who will shepherd us in the years to come,” wrote the Rev. Canon Julian Bull, chair of the committee. The listening session will provide opportunities for both clergy and lay members to share their perspectives in writing and verbally — and the session scheduled for Sunday, July 26th at All Saints Church will be available in English,  Spanish and American Sign language
