Following up on the tremendous energy around mindfulness in the recent Rector’s Forum, join us for a morning of meditation practice in preparation for Lent. This session will especially focus on the benefits of mindfulness for parents and children as we continue learning how to cultivate presence and awareness into our everyday life.
Mindfulness is a practice for all ages that brings kindness and compassion to ourselves, others and the world around us. By bringing attention to the present moment we can live life with balance and resilience. Whether you are drawn to meditation or have a felt aversion, come and join the discussion. All are welcome!
