Sabbath Day: Friday
Christina fell in love with the Episcopal Church as a child, was confirmed as a teenager, and then left for wilder pastures in college. After years of sampling many traditions, she became Roman Catholic in her thirties, committed to a spirituality of social justice and peace.
Christina studied North African history at UC Santa Cruz, then received a degree in Accounting from Cal State Fullerton, hoping to never put it to use. After many years in the biomedical field, she joined the staff of a Catholic parish as Liturgy and Incorporation Director, studied scripture and liturgy at Loyola Marymount, and joined the staff at All Saints in 1994. In 1999 she dusted off that accounting degree and became Parish Administrator. She is part of the Executive staff, and is responsible for finances, human resources, facilities and the strategic plan, and meets her creative and spiritual needs in our Jazz Vespers ministry.
Christina has been on a journey back to the church of her childhood since 2002, and is happy to have come home. Her passions are jazz and baseball, holy endeavors both, and her husband Mick.
