Are you interested in a “shared life” small group? The purpose is to create a committed context in which members can experience mutual support and encouragement in daily life and spiritual growth.
Meeting together regularly over a long term allows us to develop trust, to explore growing edges in a safe space, and to exchange insight in order to become more mature individuals and more faithful disciples.
Plans are underway for a new small group meeting weekly on Tuesday evenings — led by Bill and Mary Anne Berry — with a monthly pot luck dinner and occasional weekend activities. Bill and Mary Anne are experienced small group leaders who have worked in a church context with both adults and young people. Currently Bill facilitates inner-healing weekend retreats, and Mary Anne teaches French at Monrovia High School. They have been married for 49 years and have three adult children and four grandchildren who live in the area. The Berrys have been members of All Saints Church since 2011.
When and where: Weekly on Tuesday evenings beginning in October from 7 – 9 p.m. at the Pasadena home of Bill and Mary Anne Berry. Regular participation is essential in developing the trust and openness in which personal growth can thrive.
Introductory meetings: If you are interested in exploring this idea further, you are invited to attend one of the following introductory meetings:
Tuesday, September 15th or Tuesday, September 22nd | 7 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
