Summer is a time to take a break from our usual routine; a time for renewal of body, mind and spirit.  Summer is also a great time to try new ways of being in community with each other! With that in mind, here’s a list of Summer Fun events to add to your calendar. Friends from All Saints will be on the lookout to welcome you to any and all of these events.

Thursday, July 14 | Conscientious Projector: Plant this Movie, an inspiring look at the evolution and impact of the international urban agriculture movement. At the Armory in Old Pasadena, 145 N. Raymond Ave. 7:00 p.m.

Friday, July 15 | Family Movie & Popcorn Night: Join us for a screening of The Incredibles on the Quad Lawn – a prelude to this year’s Summer Adventure – “Calling All Superheroes.” 8:00 p.m.

Sunday, July 17 | Jazz Vespers featuring legendary vocalist Barbara Morrison. We end our season with a festive reception on the lawn after the service. Join us for classic tunes and a glass of bubbly! 5:00 p.m.

Thursday, August 4 | The Party Animals Kids’ Concert at Levitt Pavilion, Memorial Park, Pasadena. Where else can you see a fox, a bear, a kangaroo, and a lion perform rock music for free? Bring a picnic! Festival begins at 5:30, music at 7 p.m.

Friday, September 2 | Episcopal Diocese Night at Dodger Stadium. Los Angeles Dodgers vs. the San Diego Padres – with after game Fireworks! Tickets are $21 and will be available (on the lawn and online) July 17-August 7. 7:10 p.m.

Saturday, September 3 | Mariachi Divas the Grammy-winning all female mariachi ensemble will perform at Levitt Pavilion, Memorial Park, Pasadena. Bring a picnic! Festival begins at 6:30, music at 8 p.m.
