Holy Hikers

Holy Hikers has returned from its COVID hiatus. This group is geared toward experienced hikers.

Here are a few great resources for finding fun hikes of all levels:

  • For Hikes All Over Southern California — There are plenty of back issues on their website as well.
  • All Trails — Another great website for hikes in the region
  • La Canada Flintridge Trails — This new map is available at Flintridge Books or La Canada Flintridge City Hall or the Lanternman House for $2. An older version is available on-line as a PDF.
  • San Gabriel Mountains – The recent Bobcat Fire has forced the closure of many of our favorite trails – here’s a link to a list of trails that are currently closed.
Women of Spirit Sacred Circle and Contemplative Book Group
Meetings are held online the first Wednesday of the month from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m., all year.  Pot luck dinner at 6:00 p.m., book discussion from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. Led by Margot Webb-Foltz. For more information, please contact Amanda McCormick at the email listed below.
Union Station Family Center Homeless Center Food Preparation Team

We gather on the 5th Monday of the month to prepare a delicious meal for the families at Union Station.  Periodically throughout the year, our meal is in combination with a holiday, such as New Years Eve, Memorial Day or Labor Day so we create special parties for those occasions. We also encourage women to bring their teenagers over the age of 16 to participate as well.
