We hear you. We believe you. We stand with you. | Te oimos. Te creemos. Estamos contigo.
6 p.m., Monday, October 1 – West Steps of Pasadena City Hall.
At 6 p.m., Monday, October 1st, Pasadena Interfaith leaders from the Christian, Jewish and Muslim communities are inviting men to gather with them on the west steps of City Hall in a statement of solidarity with women who are survivors of sexual abuse and in witness to their commitment to change the culture of sexual abuse.
“We listened to a diverse group of women tell us what would feel like meaningful solidarity to them and we have tried to design an action that is faithful to what we are hearing,” said Mike Kinman of All Saints Church. “This is a moment both for men to step up, speak out and act … and also to shut up, listen and believe. This is our way of doing both.”
