“All sorrows can be borne if you put them in a story or tell a story about them.”
Isak Dinesen
Join us on this 6-week journey delving into psychotherapist and soul activist Francis Weller’s The Wild Edge of Sorrow: Rituals of Renewal and the Sacred Work of Grief. Together we will probe and challenge the darkness to discover the intimate bond between grief and gratitude, sorrow and intimacy, and how the greatest gifts are often hidden in the things we avoid. Each week we will utilize powerful tools and rituals from Weller’s book to help us transform our grief into a force that allows us to live and love more fully.
