Sunday, January 12 — Interfaith Study Group presents – Hard Conversations: Listening with Compassion, Sharing with Courage

Aziza Hasan and Andrea Hodos, executive and associate directors of NewGround: a Muslim-Jewish Partnership for Change, will lead. Violence in the Middle East has brought pain & anger into our local communities. How can we talk with one another in ways that increase understanding, rather than distrust, bias and dehumanization? Aziza & Andrea have been acknowledged nationally for their expertise in supporting communities to better understand one another, especially in these most difficult discussions. Please bring an open heart, a mind willing to listen and learn, and a vegetarian dish to share in our potluck.
