Lenten Evensong

Coventry Choir and Chamber Ensemble offer Miserere in C Minor, by Zelenka, a dramatic, late-Baroque sacred work composed for Dresden Holy Week, featuring intense, pulse-driven choral sections and rich orchestration. The choir also offers Magnificat by MacMillan, commissioned for the BBC’s millennium evensong at Wells Cathedral. Susan Russell offers a meditation. This special Lenten Evensong of prayer, meditation and song will provide a wonderful moment of reflection this holy season. Validated paring is available at Plaza las Fuentes.
