On August 27, 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. in the OCC Conference Room, join us for "Leading a Ministry or Committee." Led by the Leadership Support & Development Committee, this class provides specific training to help leaders of a committee find their vision, execute an agenda, recruit others into the work, plan for your successor, and monitor the participation of each member. Whether you are a new ministry leader or have been a leader for many years, this class will offer you new insight and ideas.
