On Thursday evening, February 22 we welcome Congresswomen Judy Chu and Lucille Roybal-Allard as they host  a “GOP Tax Scam Teach-In” — exploring the GOP tax law and its impacts on our local communities.

In the final days of 2017, President Trump and Republicans passed a tax overhaul that places tax hikes on the middle class, increases our national debt, and provides the greatest benefits to the wealthiest one percent. Hear from tax policy experts, advocates, and LA County officials on what this tax law means for our region and for our country’s economic future.
