Vocalist,songwriter and arranger, Femi Knight was born in South Florida, Femi Knight came from a classical background with a music teacher/church organist mother. She studied piano since age 7, and voice since age 13. Graduated from Berklee College of Music with a degree in Commercial Arranging and Contemporary Writing under the advisorship of Richard Evans. Her debut CD People and Places featured some of Los Angeles’ finest jazz and latin jazz musicians.
