Join us for the last Jazz Vespers of the 2018/2019 season featuring Dan Cole

Dan Cole has appeared nationally and internationally in venues ranging from Disney Hall to the Blue Whale, with a diverse list of artists including Steve Reich, Burt Bacharach, Michael Brecker and
Kamasi Washington. He was a recipient of the 2011 ASCAP Young Jazz Composers Prize. Since 2006 Dan has served as the lead musician for the Spanish-language services at All Saints Church in Pasadena where he is proud to serve the Latino-Hispanic community at All Saints with spiritually invigorating music every Sunday. Dan is currently an Associate Professor of Music at Pasadena City College and is a former faculty member at the University of Southern Maine, Cypress College, the University of Southern California. Dan will be joined by Alex Budman on saxophone,  Anna Butterss on bass and Dave Tull on drums
We will have nibbles and bubbly beverages on the quad lawn immediately following the service.
