Lent Is Launched!
Throughout Lent, All Saints offers a diverse and stimulating array of events and small groups — educational, meditative and active. Please mark these events in your calendars and join us. This list will be updated as others are added.
Sunday, March 10 — Lenten Evensong
5:00 p.m., in the Church. Coventry Choir offers Nunc dimittis and The Deer’s Cry by Arvo Pärt. Pärt’s music echoes the musical traditions of the past, particularly plainsong and medieval sonorities, while creating new and hauntingly beautiful textures. Coventry Choir will sing these two of his more recent compositions — deeply infused with mysticism. This special Lenten Evensong of prayer, meditation and song will provide a wonderful moment of reflection this holy season. Validated parking will be available at Plaza las Fuentes.

Lenten Small Groups
Rest to Receive: Centering Mindfulness Practices and Embodied Healing
5:45–7:15 p.m. in the Learning Center, Thursdays in Lent.
Led by Mackenzie Edwards. Things are heavy right now, personally, communally, and globally, with many feeling the effects. It is hard to pour into others, call for and bring about subversive change, when pouring from an empty cup. Intentional moments to be still, listen, ground, and rest, are also part of doing the work. This series is for those seeking a space to let go, move from head to heart, and connect deeper to self and the Holy Spirit this Lenten season. All practices are beginner-friendly and while this is a series, each session will stand on its own. A free-will offering will be taken to defray costs. Please bring: • 1 yoga mat or blanket to lay on, • 1 blanket to use as a prop and covering, • 1 large pillow, or a bolster, • Journal/notebook & something to write with, • socks as body temperature drops during Yoga Nidra, • something to cover eyes = sleep mask, scarf, etc. to limit light during Nidra.
