Dear Ones,

It’s now been more than seven weeks since we were last together, and you have responded to this time in amazing, courageous, loving ways.

Your vestry is responding too … both leading us through the challenges of the present moment and preparing for the future. They are now meeting every other week and after each meeting, I’m making a short video to update everyone on their fantastic work.

On Tuesday, April 21st, your vestry spent nearly 3 hours together online (with visitors in the Webinar gallery!) talking about where we are right now and how we can live our mission and values during this challenging time.

In this video, you’ll hear about adding another youth vestry member and the process we are putting in place to respond to the economic crisis and prepare options for 2021 in program, staff and budget. As I talk about in the video, the 2019 financials and 2020 budget can be found here, and information about the new Wardens Planning Task Force and the process for 2021 can be found here.
