The Meditation and the Mind Small Group combines the ancient practice of meditation with current research on brain development to increase awareness, self-acceptance and choice of action. The group trains simple tools that help incorporate the power of meditation into our daily lives; emphasizing that creating lasting change requires practice over time. Meditation also helps to train emotional intelligence, resiliency, and a growth mindset. In addition, in this time of social turbulence, it cultivates knowing the other as not separate from ourselves, as the true love that needs nurturing in each and every one of us.

Meditation and The Mind is offered as an eight week session.
