November 6, 2018 is Election Day — the day we put our faith into action by exercising our privilege and our duty to vote. In addition to the prayers we continue to raise from All Saints Church for the hope and healing in our nation, we also offer this “Election Toolkit.”

Pray in Community: On Election Day from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. a space for prayer and meditation will be provided in the Learning Center. Come by for a few minutes or a few hours to offer prayers for our nation, and particularly for the most vulnerable among us.
Almighty God, to whom we must account for all our powers and privileges:
Guide the people of the United States in the election of officials and representatives;
that, by faithful administration and wise laws, the rights of all may be protected
and our nation be enabled to fulfill your purposes; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen
Finally, plan to join us on the Sunday after Election Day — November 11th — for a Rector’s Forum dedicated to “Reflections on the Midterms” … a conversation between Juliana Serrano and Zach Hoover (Executive Director of LA Voice) on the election, the results and the next steps for organizing in communities of faith here n the LA area and throughout California. 10:15 a.m. in the Forum.
