As we continue to celebrate the life and grieve the death of our dear sister, the Reverend Zelda Kennedy, there will be several opportunities to come together as a community both here at All Saints Church and elsewhere.

In accordance with the wishes of Zelda and her family, there will be two memorial services.

The first will be at 1 pm, Saturday, January 6, at St. Philip’s Episcopal Church in Durham, NC . Mike Kinman and Sally Howard will be traveling to North Carolina along with several parish members to represent the All Saints community.

The second memorial service will be at 2 pm, Saturday, January 13, here at All Saints Church with a reception to follow.

In addition, the Latino/Hispanic congregation is offering a Novena in honor of Zelda and to give thanks for her life every night at 6:30 pm from Friday, January 5, through Friday, January 12, in the All Saints Chapel. Details on the Novena here.

Please continue to hold one another in prayer as we give thanks for Zelda’s life, grieve her death and prepare to commend her spirit to God. Please know that the ASC clergy and pastoral staffs, as well as lay counselors and others, are available to sit and talk and pray as you desire or need.
