PACES (Planning and Campus Enrichment Strategies)

As part of our goal to become more welcoming, the All Saints Vestry has recognized we must take care of our campus home. That means addressing our facilities’ deferred maintenance to meet needs for safety, accessibility, and functionality. That also means creating long-range facilities plans to implement regular and scheduled maintenance, as well as future modifications and additions driven by our program and operational plans.

PACES (a Buildings and Grounds sub-committee) has been commissioned to address both our short-term needs and our long-range planning. We’re currently working to implement the critical deferred maintenance work, while developing a comprehensive process to create and regularly update long-range Campus Improvement Plans to make our church home more functional and more welcoming.

In light of the 2020 Pandemic, PACES is re-evaluating our needs and priorities. Vestry and PACES will continue to use our process and will update the congregation once we know next steps.

PACES: Step by step towards a more welcoming home.

Frequently Asked Questions

PACES actively invites feedback, suggestions and involvement from everyone in the All Saints orbit.  If you have something you’d like to suggest, questions for the group, or skills you’d like to offer,
please email us at: paces@allsaints-pas.org

Or please submit ideas via our online suggestion box.

Our process and plan is also actively vetted by people external to the process. This outside group is called the External Review Board (ERB). The ERB ensures that PACES is doing what it set out to do and is being transparent. The ERB also ensures any plans stand up to technical review and that they adequately address risks, timelines and resources.  To reach out to the ERB directly, please email at: paces-erb@allsaints-pas.org

Take a Campus Tour with PACES

Tours are currently on-hold, but check back here to see when they start up again!

We invite you to take an All Saints Campus Tour with PACES (Planning And Campus Enrichment Strategies)!

As a church, we’re looking at ways to make our campus more welcoming and better equipped to support our ministries. The tour is an important chance for every member of our community to take a close hard look at our facilities, see how they are (or aren’t) serving us, and imagine what the future of our campus might look like.

We’ll be exploring all the church’s hidden nooks and crannies, but—more than our past—we’ll use the tour to envision our church’s future together.
