Rector’s Forum December 8: Addressing the Skid Row Within

“I have learned that we ostracize and marginalize, and often criminalize, the most fragile and vulnerable members of our society. And I believe we do it because we have in our own way shut ourselves off from the most fragile and vulnerable parts of ourselves. And this is why I believe that we need the arts now more than ever as a public health intervention. And as a mental health intervention. And as a way for our souls to catch up with and claim our lives.”

A conversation with Vijay Gupta in the Rector’s Forum at All Saints Church, Pasadena, on Sunday, December 8, 2019.
