Giver of Life and Love, you created all people as one family and called us to live together in harmony and peace. As we remember today the tragedy of the Parkland shooting, make us channels of your love and compassion for all who grieve —  and grant us courage and persistence as we continue the work of ending the scourge of gun violence in our land.
