All Saints Mobilizes for Women’s March 2018

On Saturday, January 20th the Second Annual Women’s March drew once-again-record-crowds across the nation as hundreds of thousands marched in intersectional solidarity with the Women’s March Mission:

To harness the political power of diverse women and their communities to create transformative social change. Women’s March is a women-led movement providing intersectional education on a diverse range of issues and creating entry points for new grassroots activists & organizers to engage in their local communities through trainings, outreach programs and events. Women’s March is committed to dismantling systems of oppression through nonviolent resistance and building inclusive structures guided by self-determination, dignity and respect.

All Saints Church was well represented with an “official” contingent organized by the Women’s Community stepping off from the ASC campus at 7:00 a.m. as well as dozens of other All Saintsers who gathered in the streets of Los Angeles as part of a crowd estimated by the Mayor’s office at 600,000 … making it the largest march in the country.
