Sunday, November 13
Join us on Sunday, November 13 for a special Rector’s Forum as our rector leads us in a conversation about life after the election and how we find strength for the journey ahead.
In his post-election message to the church, All Saints’ Rector Mike Kinman wrote:
In the days to come, we choose to do what we have always done at All Saints Church. We choose to follow Jesus. We choose to stand with those among us who are crying out in anger, pain and fear. To comfort those who grieve, listen deeply to those who rage, and shield those who tremble. We choose to say to those among us who fear what might happen to you in the months and years ahead because of the color of your skin, the smallness of your income, the nation of your origin, your gender or how you identify your gender, your religion, or because of who you love that we will always stand together and you will never stand alone. We choose love over hate, courage over fear, and inclusion over degradation.
10:15 a.m. in the church. If you can’t be with us in person, join us via live-stream.
(Milton Viorst’s presentation on his book Zionism — previously scheduled for this Sunday — will be rescheduled.)
