This Sunday at All Saints Church: July 21

On Sunday, July 21 we celebrate the Feast of Saint Mary Magdalene at All Saints Church. Sally Howard will preach at all four services: 7:30, 9:00 and 11:15 a.m. and at the 1:00 p.m. Spanish language service.

Music will be offered by The Quartet (at 9:00 a.m.) & Summer Choir (at 11:15 a.m.) and by Dan Cole & Ensemble (1:00 p.m.)

In Sweetland Hall: Transformational Journey Report Back from Japan
Curious about Japan, its history and contemporary Japanese life? Please join us in Sweetland Hall on Sunday, July 21 at 10:15 to attend a presentation by the participants of May’s Transformational Journey to various parts of Japan.  Accompanied by a slide show on each topic, travelers will discuss religion, history, theater, design, food, cuteness, technology, social contract, sporting events and the people we met.  And, time permitting, take questions from the audience.  Please join us for a fun and Informative session.

Summer Choir Continues!
The exciting adventure that is Summer Choir continues through Sept. 1. All tuneful voices are welcome to sing any or all of the Sundays. Preschool (ages 2–4) in Scott Hall 9:00 a.m. — Infant and Child Care and Storytelling 10:15-11:00 a.m. — Sunday School and Worship (Rooms 2 & 3) 11:15 a.m. — Infant and Child Care

Children’s Chapel in the Learning Center (9:00 and 11:15 a.m.) Children K–5th grade join their families in church at the beginning services, then follow the banner out for Children’s Chapel before the sermon, returning for communion. Parents are always welcome to join us in Children’s Chapel.

Visit our Creative Worship Space for Families in the Chapel!
Families are invited to worship together through art and play on our rug in the chapel during any part of the 9:00 and 11:15 a.m. Sunday services. Families should stay with their children as this area is not staffed. All are welcome to sit in the chapel; please be understanding whenever our youngest members make a joyful noise.

Parking on Sundays:

  • On Sunday mornings, please note that the entire south-side of the North Parking Lot (just north of the church on the corner of Euclid Ave. & Walnut St.) is reserved for people with mobility difficulties.

For regular parking, follow ASC Parking signs to Plaza Las Fuentes (garage entrance on Union) or the Kaiser Parking Structure (on the northeast corner of Euclid Ave. and Walnut). Sunday parking at Plaza Las Fuentes is only validated until 1:00 p.m. — after which parking fees accrue. If you’re staying later, please park in the Kaiser Parking Structure, which is free and open until 4:00 p.m.

PLEASE NOTE: On Sundays, All Saints Church can be a very busy place. It is a good idea to plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the service in order to have ample time to park and make your way to the church.
