This Sunday at All Saints: Homecoming Sunday, September 18

On Sunday, September 18, 2022 All Saints celebrates Homecoming Sunday  — the annual launch of the new program year with a Sunday full of worship, fellowship and fun for all ages.

Susan Russell will pinch hit for Mike Kinman in the pulpit on Homecoming Sunday.
Keep Mike in your prayers as he recovers from a bout with Covid-19.

Susan Russell will preach at both services: 7:30 a.m. in the chapel and 10:00 a.m. in the main church. At 10:00 a.m. music will be offered by the Trouvères and Canterbury & Coventry Choirs. Following the 10:00 a.m. service our Parish Celebrations team is throwing a taco party on the lawn with live jazz featuring Grammy Award-winner and All Saints’ Composer-in-Residence Bill Cunliffe! Don’t miss this chance to connect and reconnect as we celebrate the joy of being back together again and to continuing the work of being beacons of God’s love, justice and compassion in a world in desperate need of all of the above!

And The Artist Guild presents “Celebrating the Arts” Art Show in Sweetland Hall, Guild Room and around the Lawn featuring amazing work from 30 artists from our Parish and community! Most items will be available for sale with a portion of the proceeds benefitting All Saints. On Homecoming Sunday (9/18) and Celebration of Ministries Sunday (9/25). See the flyer here!

After the 10:00 service, Children’s Minister Ben Boquist will preside over Family Hour (at 11:15) — offering music, art & fun. Whoever you are, there’s something for you at All Saints Church this festive Sunday. Join us!

Join our Online Coffee Hour on Zoom following the 10:00 a.m. service.

Streaming at 7:30 is offered on Zoom, and at 10:00 a.m. is offered on our website’s live stream pageour Facebook page and our YouTube channel. Check out our live streaming page to download service leaflets and take part in our action of the week.

For in-person worship, our guiding principle remains to follow common sense risk reduction guidance for as long as we remain in a declared public health pandemic, so to keep our community safe and well, our in-person worship guidelines include:

  • Masks are still strongly recommended indoors on the All Saints campus, but they are now optional.
  • Masks are optional outdoors.
  • Both outdoor and indoor seating is available for services and communion will be served in both locations.
  • Our expectation is that those entering the church will be vaccinated (if vaccination is available to them)
  • Those who choose to be unvaccinated are requested to participate online.
  • Those seated indoors are asked to maintain social distance between individuals/households.
  • If we reach seating capacity in the church, ushers will guide you to alternative seating areas.
  • We ask you not enter if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms: fever over 100.4°F or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea, or if you have had contact in the last 14 days with someone diagnosed with or suspected to have COVID-19.
