The Fifth Sunday in Lent: Mike Kinman will preach at 7:30, 9:00 and 11:15 a.m.; and Carlos Ruvalcaba preaches at the 1:00 p.m. Spanish service.

At 9:00 and 11:15 a.m., Canterbury Choir offers Ndikokele Bawo arr. by Barrett and Sicut cervus by Palestrina. At the 1:00 p.m. Spanish service music will be offered by Dan Cole and the 1 PM Ensemble.

Welcome Coffees are held for visitors after both the 9:00 and 11:15 a.m. services in the Rector’s Office, across the quad lawn from the sanctuary.

Jazz Vespers: Bill Cunliffe & His Latin Band Imaginación
Jazz pianist, Grammy Award-winning arranger and our composer-in-residence Bill Cunliffe is widely known for his swinging and lyrical pianism and his creativity and invention as a composer and arranger of jazz. He graduated from Duke University and the Eastman School of Music, where he won several Down Beat Awards. Bill was the 1989 winner of the $10,000 Thelonious Monk International Jazz Piano Award, and has received stipends from the National Endowment for the Arts. A number of his jazz instructional books are published by Alfred Publications, his big band compositions are published by Kendor Music and Otter Music, and his choral music is self-published on his website: www.billcunliffe.com. Offerings for Children

Visit our Creative Worship Space for Families in the Chapel!
Families are invited to worship together through art and play on our new rug in the chapel during any part of the service. Families should stay with their children as this area is not staffed. All are welcome to sit in the chapel; please be understanding whenever our youngest members make a joyful noise.

Preschool (ages 2–4) in Scott Hall 9:00 a.m. — Infant and Child Care and Storytelling 10:15-11:00 a.m. — Sunday School and Worship (Rooms 2 & 3) 11:15 a.m. — Infant and Child Care

Children’s Chapel in the Learning Center (9:00 and 11:15 a.m.) Children K–5th grade join their families in church at the beginning services, then follow the banner out for Children’s Chapel before the sermon, returning for communion. Parents are always welcome to join us in Children’s Chapel.

Parking on Sundays Sunday parking at Plaza Las Fuentes (Westin Hotel) is only validated until 1:00 p.m. — after which parking fees accrue. If you are attending the 1:00 p.m. Spanish Language/Bilingual Service or staying for an afternoon event, please park at the Kaiser parking structure, north of the church on the northeast corner of Euclid Ave. and Walnut, where the parking is free.
