NOTE: This Sunday will be the FINAL DAY for Foster Care Project Thanksgiving Donations
Foster Care Project is collecting non-perishable food to provide Thanksgiving dinners to foster care families in the Pasadena area. Non-perishable hams, such as Dak hams (not the refrigerated kind), canned chicken, canned fruits and vegetables, instant mashed potatoes, stuffing and cornbread mixes, hearty soups, juices, and baby food are most welcome. You may also provide a $10 grocery store gift card and let one of our volunteers do the shopping for you. Please check expiration dates before donating and remember that only non-perishables can be accepted. Food and gift cards may be dropped off at the FCP lawn table in the Connection Center on Sundays, Oct. 20 & 27. (The early dates give us enough time to organize and deliver to families.) Please note: Items may not be dropped off in the church office. If you cannot drop off items at the lawn table, contact inbox@fostercareproject.org for an alternative site. Thank you for helping!
