This Sunday, April 10, We Return to Communion in Both Kinds!
Our Diocesan Bishop John Taylor has approved the return to the use of consecrated wine during communion beginning Palm Sunday — so in accordance with our policy of common sense risk reduction communicants at All Saints Church will be offered the opportunity to receive wine from the common cup if they so choose. As always, it is an individual choice — and those who come to the rail may choose to receive both bread and wine, bread only, or request a blessing. And as we return to receiving communion in both kinds, a reminder that intinction by the communicant in the common chalice not part of our practice. Public health guidelines indicate that it actually increases the risk for infection spread because fingertips (which could dip into the wine during the procedure) may be more contaminated than saliva and are more likely to harbor pathogens.
Streaming at 9:00, 10:15 and 11:30 a.m. is offered on our website’s live stream page, our Facebook page and our YouTube channel. The 7:30 a.m. service will be offered on Zoom only. Check out our live streaming page to download service leaflets and take part in our action of the week.

For in-person worship, our guiding principle remains to follow common sense risk reduction guidance for as long as we remain in a declared public health pandemic, so to keep our community safe and well, our in-person worship guidelines include:
- Medical-grade Masks are required at all times indoors on the All Saints campus.
- UPDATE: Masks are optional outdoors.
- Both outdoor and indoor seating is available for services and communion will be served in both locations.
- Our expectation is that those entering the church will be vaccinated (if vaccination is available to them) and we require that masks be worn by all to protect the most vulnerable.
- Those who choose to be unvaccinated are requested to participate online.
- Those seated indoors are asked to maintain social distance between individuals/households.
- If we reach seating capacity in the church, ushers will guide you to alternative seating areas.
- We ask you not enter if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms: fever over 100.4°F or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea, or if you have had contact in the last 14 days with someone diagnosed with or suspected to have COVID-19.
