“There’s a rule that I have, which is if you’re in conflict with someone the only email you send is ‘When can we get together?’ Or at the very least ‘When can we Facetime or Skype together?’ where we can look at each other face to face… I’ve got to say, wherever you go from there it starts with sitting with someone and looking them in the eyes. Because that’s where God enters in.”
