At All Saints Church, the Confirmation program is a series of presentations, discussions and small group meetings designed for anyone wanting to go deeper into the history, theology and core values of the Episcopal Church. It concludes with the opportunity to receive the sacramental rite of Confirmation when one of our bishops visits in May. Here’s what one parish leader wrote about his experience with the Confirmation program:
From the moment I stepped onto the lawn one Sunday morning, everything fell into place. Within weeks I was entrenched in the All Saints Community, joining small groups and becoming an usher. When the Confirmation Class began a few months later, it just seemed like a “no brainer” because it isn’t just about confirming my commitment to my community, it’s about committing to my faith, my roots and my growth as a spiritual being.
