A native of Kenya, the Rev. Dr. Mary Tororeiy is a Hebrew scholar, a facilitator at Bloy House Theological School and the vicar of St. Paul’s and pastor of Shepherd of the Desert, an Episcopal-Lutheran yoked congregation in Barstow. Author of “Reclaiming Motherhood: An African Woman’s Reading of Birthing Imagery In Job,” she was the keynote speaker at the 2022 Diocese of Los Angeles Clergy Conference and preacher at our Diocesan Convention. An engaging teacher and powerful preacher, we are delighted to welcome Dr. Tororeiy to All Saints as both our preacher and Forum speaker for Lent One. Also at 9:00 a.m. join Ahren Martinez for the arts, crafts, music and good vibes of Family Hour — for parents and children (kindergarten through fifth grade) before the 10:00 a.m. service. At 11:45 a.m. the Getting Connected Class Begins and will continue for five Sundays, February 26 – March 26, from 11:45 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. This five-week class is designed for anyone – from brand new explorers to longtime seekers – interested in exploring the essence of All Saints Church and getting more connected through active engagement. Each class consists of a presentation by a staff member and lay leader followed by a small group experience. Together we consider the core values of All Saints Church and develop a sense of belonging as we build connections to individuals, ministries and groups. Please register here. At 12:00 noon, the 20/30’s Lenten Book Study begins in the Junior High Room, and will continue on Sundays at 12:00-1:30 p.m., through March 26.

For in-person worship, our guiding principle remains to follow common sense risk reduction guidance for as long as we remain in a declared public health pandemic, so to keep our community safe and well, our in-person worship guidelines include:

- Masks are optional outdoors.
- Both outdoor and indoor seating is available for services and communion will be served in both locations.
- Our expectation is that those entering the church will be vaccinated (if vaccination is available to them)
- Those who choose to be unvaccinated are requested to participate online.
- Those seated indoors are asked to maintain social distance between individuals/households.
- If we reach seating capacity in the church, ushers will guide you to alternative seating areas.
- We ask you not enter if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms: fever over 100.4°F or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea, or if you have had contact in the last 14 days with someone diagnosed with or suspected to have COVID- 19.
