Vestry Notes: October 1, 2019

The Vestry of All Saints Church met on Tuesday evening, October 1, 2019. In addition to its regular agenda items of reports from committees and task forces, the vestry:

  • … gave final approval for the ordination of the Rev. Jamie Barnett to the sacred order of priests
  • turned in their pledges for the 2019 giving campaign, which will launch on Friday at the rectory.
  • … passed a policy on data use (see it here)
  • …heard updates on the four foundational goals, including an in-depth report and conversation on the PACES task force’s work to research options and explore costs for both deferred maintenance needs and campus development opportunities.
  • …heard about an opportunity that is being offered to All Saints parishioners to participate in providing temporary housing and care for children separated from their families at the border.
