Led by Bill Cunliffe and Alfredo Feregrino. Allow yourself to experience relaxation, healing and mindfulness. Let go of the many stressors of modern life. Clear away the clutter of the mind. Tune out distractions and focus on feeling peace, relaxation, and tranquility. Take the time to care for yourself so you can better serve those around you. Both floor space and chairs will be available. Bring whatever you need to be comfortable including yoga mats, blankets, and pillows.
