Patrick Briggs (he/him) and his wife, Maddie Gavel-Briggs, have been at All Saints since April 2001, excluding a 6-year stint in Oregon from December 2014 to January 2021. Patrick is an IT Business Analyst for Kaiser Permanente. He has been involved in many ministries at All Saints, including Taize Ministry, Getting Connected, Congregational Development, Peace & Justice Ministry, Lay Eucharistic Ministry, Prayer Shawl Ministry, Children Youth And Families, Education For Ministry (Efm), and has been a helper for the ASC Women’s Community. He has been actively involved in the leadership of many Peace & Justice-oriented Civic Engagement Groups over many years. Creating a culture of belonging is what sets his heart on fire. His hope is to grow this kind of beloved community because it is the foundation through which All Saints, and each of us, will be able to challenge ourselves to be better instruments of justice and peace, and a pastoral presence both at church and in the wider communities we live in.
