Thursday, October 1, 12:30 – 2:00 p.m., in Sweetland Hall
Join us for an inspiring afternoon exploring the landscape-based painting, photography, and sculpture of All Saints’ artist-in-residence, Mike Hernandez. Mike’s work invites us to look more deeply at the places and communities that shape us. As he describes it, his art grows from “the quest for identity and meaning” and explores how environment, landscape, religious beliefs, and political systems can both create and disrupt communities. Mike and his family have been part of the All Saints community for several years and are actively involved in CYF programs. This is a wonderful opportunity to experience his work, hear more about his creative journey, and reflect together on the
connections between art, place, faith, and community. All older adults are warmly invited—bring a friend! A light lunch will be served. Suggested donation: $10. Please RSVP to the All Saints Front Desk: frontdesk@allsaints-pas.org.
