Group: Current Youth Group
Acolyte Training + Youth Group Preview + Pool Party for rising 6th graders through graduating seniors. This will be our annual kickoff gathering for the youth program year: part training day, part welcome event, part retreat, and part summer celebration. The goal is to help youth build relationships, reconnect after the summer, introduce incoming 6th graders to the community, and prepare our acolytes and youth leaders for the year ahead.
The day will include:
- Acolyte training and refresher sessions
- Team-building games and community-building activities
- Youth group preview and orientation for incoming students
- Lunch and fellowship
- Pool time and summer fun
Please note: attendance is required for all youth who plan to serve as acolytes during the upcoming program year.
