The Book of Acts: A Handbook of Resistance and Inclusion
with Brian Robinson
The book of Acts follows the first generation of Jesus followers as they take the message of Jesus from Jerusalem to Rome. Although it might appear to trace a transition from Judaism to Christianity, nothing could be further from the truth. This first week will explore how Jesus’s ministry in the Gospel of Luke and the ministry of Jesus’s followers in Acts demonstrates God’s faithfulness to the Jewish people. We will also explore issues surrounding some of the Jewish responses to the story of Jesus.
